APPEX (formerly AUSPACK) is a trade fair for packaging and processing machinery, packaging materials and technologies, aimed at visitors and exhibitors from the packaging sector. It takes place in Melbourne, Australia, at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC) on 16-19 March 2027. The fair is held every two years and is organised by the Australian Packaging and Processing Machinery Association (APPMA) together with Exhibitions & Trade Fairs.
