Who is behind Aphroa?
A team of six people who work remotely from different cities and countries, with more than 15 years of experience.
Are you affiliated with trade-fair organisers?
No. Aphroa is an independent company and is not affiliated with any trade-fair organiser.
Do you work with agencies?

Services
What is the free website check?
A written check of your website by e-mail: speed on a phone, search and AI visibility, clarity of your offer and contact paths, with what we would fix first. It arrives within two working days.
What does Website Fix & Speed include?
For one WordPress or WooCommerce site: speed and caching, image optimisation, removal of unneeded scripts, fixes for broken links and errors, and a before-and-after Core Web Vitals report. From €199, 3–5 working days.
What does a New Website include?
A homepage and 10 subpages in one language, a contact form, a mobile-friendly design and basic SEO. From €399, 10–15 working days.
Do you guarantee rankings?
No. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic or mentions in AI answers. We report what we measure.
What does Integrations & Automation do?
It connects leads to your tools: transfer to your CRM, e-mail or WhatsApp notifications for form enquiries, fair contact data transfer and workflow automations. It is quoted per project.
Prices and payment
What do the services cost?
Website Fix & Speed from €199, New Website from €399, SEO & AI Visibility €499 one-time or €149 per month with a six-month minimum. Integrations & Automation and For Agencies are quoted.
When do I pay?
Under €500, you pay 100% upfront. From €500, you pay 50% at the start and 50% on delivery.
How can I pay?
By bank transfer or in USDT.
Do you charge VAT?
No VAT is charged on our invoices, because this is an export of services from Türkiye. Business customers in the EU may need to account for VAT under the reverse-charge rules of their country.
Process
Do I need to attend meetings?
No. Requests come through the form or by e-mail. We send findings, a fixed price and a time frame by e-mail.
How long does it take?
Free website check: 2 working days. Website Fix & Speed: 3–5 working days. New Website: 10–15 working days. SEO & AI Visibility one-time: 10 working days.
What do I receive at the end?
The finished work and a report by e-mail.
