For hospitality exhibitors

What a hospitality website should show

Hoteliers, chefs and restaurant buyers look for clear product details, usable mobile pages and easy contact routes before a fair, and for a prompt, relevant reply afterwards.

Dedicated product pages

Give each product group, such as commercial kitchen equipment or hotel linen, its own page with clear photos, specifications and a visible contact route for buyers to check before the fair.

Test on mobile

Test your site on a phone over a weak connection, since a chef or hotel manager at your stand will often open your catalogue on the spot.

Build a fair page

Prepare a fair page that shows your price lists, certifications and delivery terms, and link it with a QR code on your stand so buyers find it quickly.

Follow up personally

Scan the business cards of hoteliers and restaurant buyers at your stand, note what each one asked for, and send a personal follow-up within a few days of the fair.
