Winter FancyFaire

Winter FancyFaire is a specialty food and beverage trade fair for visitors and exhibitors of the food and beverage sector. It takes place in San Diego, United States, on 17-19 January 2027, and is organised by the Specialty Food Association. The fair is held annually and replaces the Winter Fancy Food Show. The 2026 edition had 1,000 exhibitors and 12,000 visitors.
