EICMA
EICMA is the Milan motorcycle fair for visitors and exhibitors in the motorcycle, scooter, bicycle, accessories and clothing sectors. It takes place at Fiera Milano Rho in Milan, Italy, on 3-8 November 2026, with trade days and public days. The fair is held annually and is organised by EICMA S.p.A. (ANCMA), which also presents its programme on the official website, eicma.it.

Getting your website ready for EICMA
A simple plan around the dates of EICMA. Adjust it to your team and your products.
-
Step 1
8 weeks before
Open your website on a phone as a visitor would and note what is slow or unclear. List what you will show at EICMA in the Bicycles & Motorcycles sector and check that each item has its own page.
This date has passed. Do it this week.
-
Step 2
4 weeks before
Describe each offer in plain words: who it is for, what problem it solves and how a visitor gets in touch. Add the languages your visitors read and a QR code that leads to a page made for EICMA.
This date has passed. Do it this week.
-
Step 3
Fair week
Test your contact form and the e-mail it sends on a phone. Capture every contact at the stand with one method and note what each visitor asked for.
-
Step 4
2 weeks after
Reply to every contact from EICMA within days. Update your pages with the questions you heard most at the stand.
What a bicycle and motorcycle website should show
Dealers and distributors check specifications, dealer terms, warranty and spare-parts details on a company website before a fair, and return to it afterwards to compare models and make contact.
Model and range pages
Give each model or component range its own clear page, with frame sizes, motor and battery specifications, and a downloadable spec sheet that dealers can check before they visit your stand.
Mobile speed check
Test your website on a phone over a weak fair-hall connection. Product photos and spec tables should open quickly, so a dealer can compare models while standing at your stand.
Distributor languages
Offer your pages in the languages of your distributors. A dealer from another country should find dealer terms, warranty conditions and spare-parts information in a language they read comfortably.
Fair page and Follow-Up
Put a QR code on your stand that opens a page made for the fair, with your new models, price lists and a short form for dealer enquiries. After the fair, contact every dealer and distributor soon, and refer to the model they asked about.
